U.S. Release Date for The Young Victoria (2009)
Good news found on IMDb today: THE YOUNG VICTORIA finally has a U.S. release date. The movie, which stars Emily Blunt, Rupert Friend, and Paul Bettany, will be released in the United States on November 13, 2009.
THE YOUNG VICTORIA will also be the closing night film at the Toronto Film Festival next month.

November Update: The U.S. release date has changed to December 23rd.

I've come back to this because on The Morning Show today they did a recap of upcoming Fall releases and guess what ... this was never mentioned!!! I have a sick feeling this isn't going to get much help from the studio as far as press.
That's too bad! I'm hoping that when it closes the Toronto Film Festival (currently underway) it will get some notice. I was encouraged it was at least mentioned in a NYT article about the Oscar race heating up at the festival. We can only hope...
