An Interesting Vote for Roberts
The Drudge Report says tonight that Hillary Clinton plans to vote to confirm John Roberts, as she continues to tack to the center with the 2008 election in view.

How convenient to make nice with the middle-of-the-roaders via a deft head fake. I say "fake" because there may not ever be a vote given the current filibuster frenzy the democrats are engaging in. And if they somehow find it in their black hearts to let this go to a vote, it won't matter because the Republicans have the numbers anyway.
I hope that if the Democrats pull a filibuster or "Estradafication/Boltonization" (asking for endless privileged papers) the Republicans will finally have the willpower to pull the trigger and go Constitutional, forcing the vote!
