McCarthy and Levin on Limbaugh Settlement

NRO's Andy McCarthy and Mark Levin, both former federal attorneys, weigh in on the settlement of the Rush Limbaugh case. McCarthy and Levin believe the case was politically motivated; Limbaugh remains the only person to have ever been prosecuted for "doctor shopping" in the history of the county.

Newsweek has an article summing up the history of the case, which Rush referred to on the air as a fairly straightforward column. The authors calling Rush "the great moralist of the airwaves" doesn't strike me as an accurate description, however; I wouldn't call him a "moralist" so much as a "political analyst."

I'm delighted this matter has concluded and wish Rush the very best in his continued recovery.
