Maybe he should be sued for driving one of those global-warming-causing cars. Because, surely, it's the driving of the cars, not merely their existance, that is the global-warming danger.
Absolutely correct!
Wonder why Lockyer didn't think of suing himself...probably has something to do with the car makers' deep pockets.
Talk about a "nuisance" lawsuit!
