The ongoing attempts to remodel American culture in order to appease Muslims go on.
Incredibly, a school district in Illinois banned Jell-O from lunch menus, as gelatin contains pork products, but the ban was overturned due to protests. Other pork items, however, continue to be prohibited.
And now the district is looking at removing holiday celebrations from the calendar...

This is very thing that embodies Edmund Burke's statement "Evil Triumphs when Good Men do nothing." It's the parents, the people, the citizens that will have to make a stand on stuff like this, because the government will not.
Not that I believe that the people are evil, but I do believe that the PC culture/intolerable attitudes that cultural elites have foisted among the people is evil.
Even the lady who made the complaint sounded surprised at how far the school went in their response. The education beaurocrats will jump at opportunities like these with full force. The already believe that parents have no place in the educational system, and that the more secular, the better.
Sad indeed.
