New on DVD: The Princess Bride (1987)
THE PRINCESS BRIDE has been released on DVD on multiple occasions, but this week it's being released in a new 20th Anniversary Edition. It will be available on Tuesday, November 13th.Extras include new featurettes.
Be sure to check out the cover art, as well -- the film's title can be read when you hold the box upside-down!
One of my children just read the book this year for the first time, and then saw the film via Netflix. The DVD is now on this year's Christmas list. :)

One of our family's all time favorites! This just got added to the Christmas list.
We are waiting for a stage version of this favorite. Unfortunately, the author of the book and the composer who were working on the musical just parted ways.
