2008 Rotary Rose Parade Float
Our oldest daughter worked on the Rotary Club's Rose Parade float during her four years of high school. It was always fun to see the float on New Year's Day and know that she was a part of its creation.This year our oldest son continues the tradition; he spent the day working on the float. Watch for it on January 1st!

I love working on floats. If all goes well, I will be working on the Downey float on Friday for the third year. The hardest one was two years ago trying to apply pampas grass on polar bears. It didn't work out the way they wanted and had to be done over.
