Co-Founder of Baskin-Robbins Passes Away at 90
Irvine Robbins, who co-founded the Baskin-Robbins ice cream chain with his brother-in law Burton Baskin, has passed away at the age of 90.
Among Robbins' flavor creations was the popular Jamoca Almond Fudge.
The chain originated in post-WWII Southern California. According to Wikipedia there are now more than 5800 locations worldwide.
My own favorite flavor? Chocolate Fudge.
