'Tis The Season...

...for announcements of fall cookbooks!

Here are a few of the interesting titles coming in September:

GINGERBREAD by Jennifer McGlinn will be released September 30th. The subtitle is TIMELESS RECIPES FOR CAKES, COOKIES, DESSERTS, ICE CREAM, AND CANDY. Click the title of this post for a link.

ROSE'S HEAVENLY CAKES by Rose Levy Beranbaum is coming out on September 22nd.

Beranbaum's 1988 book THE CAKE BIBLE is considered a classic. She's also the author of THE PIE AND PASTRY BIBLE, THE BREAD BIBLE, and ROSE'S CHRISTMAS COOKIES.

GOURMET TODAY, due on September 22, contains 1000 new recipes edited by Ruth Reichl.

And here's an attractive title I recently came across which came out earlier this year: COOKIES TO DIE FOR! by Bev Shaffer.
