Return to Disneyland, Part 2
A few days ago I shared Halloween Time photos from our first visit to Disneyland since February 2020.
A few days later we returned to the park to celebrate our oldest daughter's birthday. It was a treat to have breakfast at Carnation Cafe for the first time in ages!
Sleeping Beauty Castle was a beautiful sight!
We returned to Snow White's Enchanted Wish for a second look. The Snow White ride was recently given a lovely renovation.
The Wicked Queen is peeking out of the upstairs window. Click on this or any photo to enlarge it for a closer look.
Seen while in line:
Wonderful details in the ride vehicle loading area below.
We also went on what might be my favorite ride in the park, the Casey Jr. Circus Train.
The ride is wonderful as it shares the same miniature views as the Storybook Land Canal Boats.
One of the ride's more recent additions, Arendelle from FROZEN (2013), is in the foreground:
Alice's village from ALICE IN WONDERLAND (1951)
The castle from CINDERELLA (1950):
The Mark Twain Riverboat peeks through the trees as it cruises the Rivers of America in Frontierland:
We also headed over to Adventureland to ride the remodeled Jungle Cruise:
Later in the day we moved over to Disney California Adventure and revisited Avengers Campus, which we experienced for the first time in September.
Above are Captain Marvel, the "Sam" version of Captain America, and Black Widow. Below, the Black Widow is engaging in some acrobatics moving from one level of a building to the next.
I'll be back several times before Christmas, including for the Merriest Nites Christmas party. With the parks having been closed last year, this year's Christmas season promises to be extra-special.

The photos are lovely – I feel like I was there with you.
Also, I must MUST have a Mickey Mouse waffle maker.
