TCM Star of the Month: Cary Grant
The eternally popular actor Cary Grant will be the December Star of the Month on Turner Classic Movies.
Over 30 of Grant's films will be shown on Friday afternoons and evenings beginning December 1st.
Grant was previously Star of the Month in August of 1997 and June of 2004.
There's an extra-special evening planned for December 22nd, when Grant's daughter Jennifer will cohost an evening of Grant films with Christmas themes or scenes, including THE BISHOP'S WIFE (1947) and ROOM FOR ONE MORE (1952).

Sylvia Scarlett does not quite come together but it is the first great performance on film of Cary Grant tapping into his true self. The Archie Leach persona. There would be no more.
Well, I enjoy his movies, they cheer me up. I feel like we have a connection.
You probably do.
Wondering why TCM isn’t showing Notorious — one of his best, and representative of a stellar collaboration with Hitchcock….
