TCM Announces 2027 Festival Dates

Classic film fans received a nice surprise this week when Turner Classic Movies announced dates for the 2027 TCM Classic Film Festival.

While announcements have been made this early in some years past, more recently TCM has made the announcement much later; last year the confirmation of the 2026 festival came in late October.

Needless to say this was wonderful news, especially in the current environment with uncertainty over a studio merger which could potentially impact TCM in some fashion.

The 18th edition of the TCM Classic Film Festival will take place from April 8th through 11th, 2027.

The festival's theme has not yet been announced, but TCM has confirmed that pass prices will remain the same this year as they have been for the past two festivals.

Passes will go on sale in December.

It was also confirmed that once again the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel will be the festival's official hotel.
