Desperate Housewives Backlash
Fun article in USA Today about a book written to encourage and inspire women who are Happy Housewives.
Personally I love being a homeschooling, self-employed homemaker. (I usually spend the evening hours working at home as a proofreader.) The book sounds like a great idea.

You really do need to get the book! I am a SAHM and have been for some time now. I can't tell you how many times I have felt like I didn't measure up to women in the work force simply because I was "just a mom". Her book really gives you some things to think about if you want to be a SAHM and if you already are, you want to fight the "system" that says you don't measure up. Read it Ladies!!!!
