For Trojan Football Fans
USC's official football site, USC Rips It, is a classy web production. The site includes lots of video clips and video interviews along with news stories.The site also includes a very nice blog, Trojan Ticker, by Ben Malcolmson. The blog is updated frequently so there is always lots of "new news" to check out, including photos.
Last Saturday after the game KABC's Sports Zone did a very engaging profile of Malcolmson, a former Daily Trojan sports staffer who had a brief and improbable stint as a Trojan football player.
If you're a fan, you'll want to check out both the site and the blog.

Both my parents, an uncle, a cousin, and other family members are UT grads. Every summer during visits to my grandparents we'd buy new Longhorn t-shirts and visit the campus. With the advent of college sports on cable tv and a good coach re-creating their winning ways, my parents get to watch the Longhorns a lot more frequently than a few years ago. Hook 'em horns!
(I will add that my college, Wheaton, was National Soccer champs in our division during my frosh year, but not the same thing.)
