Happy Groundhog Day!
The forecast is for six more weeks of winter, but I doubt that's a surprise to anyone...Any new blog readers might enjoy checking out Jonah Goldberg's essay on the wonderful film GROUNDHOG DAY, which I first linked to in 2007.
Today is also Candlemas, which commemorates the presentation of Jesus in the temple.

Yeah! Groundhog Day is one of my favorite films and I watched it last Friday just to get in the mood for today. Jonah's essay is really good and puts into words what I had been liking about the movie all along.
