6 Comments:
Which three Gene Tierney movies?
NEVER LET ME GO (1953, with Clark Gable), THE SHANGHAI GESTURE (1941, with Walter Huston), and SUNDOWN (1941, with Bruce Cabot and George Sanders).
Best wishes,
Laura
I am so stoked about the Thelma Todd salute. With all those two-reelers, my DVD recorder will have to put in for some overtime.
Thanks for relaying Ivan's tip, Laura.
I had to smile when they described "The Bohemian Girl" (1936) as a short film.
It's one of Laurel & Hardy's full-length feature films and, at 71 minutes, longer than quite a lot of features of the period.
I am SO SO SO SO HAPPY!!!! Yay for Norma Shearer! And I may be getting cable in August so this is perfect. Huzzah!
That will be great if you can get cable and enjoy it firsthand, Raquelle!
Hope you had a good convention week.
Best wishes,
Laura
