DVD Sale Time
A note for DVD collectors: Deep Discount's summer sale has started and runs through June 20th.
All items marked with the sale tag are 25% off of Deep Discount's usual discount price. I've checked numerous titles, and while a small number don't have the sale marking, the majority of DVDs of interest to me are on sale.
This sale seems quite a bit better than the sale last fall which was 40% off the full retail value. The sale is also earlier this year; last summer it didn't start until July.
Sale codes include GREEN1 and 25MORE.

Oh, how I dearly love DeepDiscount.com's 25% off sales. It's like Christmas in June.
I was over there this evening and noticed that the Kino Lost Keaton: 16 Comedy Shorts collection was ringing up at $16.04--which surely must be a glitch, since the set isn't due to be released until July 6 and you can't use the coupon codes for pre-orders.
But I couldn't pass up an opportunity like that--so I put that bad boy in my shopping cart. Yowsah!
The hard part for me is always narrowing my choices down to a reasonable number...all the low prices are so tempting! :) It really is like Christmas in June. Or for me, it's easy to call my purchases an early birthday present (grin).

I can't count how many times over the years I've placed my DDD sale order, then wanted to get "just one more title" before the sale ended. The extra codes come in handy. :)
