Criterion DVD Sale at B&N

Here's an alert for classic film collectors: it's time for the annual half-price Criterion sale at Barnes & Noble.

All Criterion DVDs are 50% off.

An important shopping tip I learned last summer: While B&N member discounts are no longer valid online, they're good on in-store purchases. Last year I called my local B&N and had them order the DVDs I wanted, thus saving 60%. That extra 10% just about offsets California tax (which at least went down a bit this month!).
