Today at Disneyland: Thanksgiving Eve

I've been burning the proverbial midnight oil the last couple days completing work ahead of the long Thanksgiving weekend. Today began a five-day vacation which should include wonderful company, great food, movies, theater, and of course the USC-UCLA game Saturday night!

We spent a few very enjoyable hours at Disneyland this afternoon. There's a possibility of rain on Thanksgiving, but it was a lovely day today!

With Christmas Eve a month from tomorrow, the season has moved into high gear at the park. Click any photo to enlarge.

The Partners statue, with Sleeping Beauty's Winter Castle in the background:

I always especially enjoy the decorations in New Orleans Square. Here are a couple small decorating details which caught my eye, a lamppost...

...and outside Cristal d'Orleans:

And one more view, this time above Pieces of Eight:

We also visited the new Trains of Disney exhibit in the Disney Gallery. I'll be sharing photos from the exhibit later in the weekend.

Happy Thanksgiving!!
