Cute Puppy Alert
Our little Luke is now 4-1/2 months old:
Most of the time Luke's ears are both flopped forward, but every once in a while the Chihuahua in him asserts itself.
My 10-year-old son took this photo today. Luke seems to like the camera as much as our camera-shy dog Chance dislikes it!

Ahhh...very cute.
When Reggie was a puppy he used to have one ear that stood up and one that flopped. Since he's a Miniature Schnauzer living in the U.S. and has cropped ears...they are supposed to stand up.
I didn't really care; I thought it was cute. But the breeder, the groomer, and the vets all told me to gently hold his ear up and then wrap around it once with masking tape. This gave the ligaments and tendons extra support...sort of an ace bandage for the ear. Both ears have been up and very active ever since then.
