Happy Birthday to Luise Rainer

This evening I began watching DRAMATIC SCHOOL, a 1938 MGM film with a bevy of interesting young actresses including Paulette Goddard, Lana Turner, Virginia Grey, and Ann Rutherford.

I won't have time to watch the second half of the movie for another day or two, but I thought I'd mention the film tonight, as Turner Classic Movies is showing the movie on Monday in honor of the birthday of its leading lady, Luise Rainer. Miss Rainer turns 99 on January 12th! She was born in Germany in 1910.
