New Music: Ann Hampton Calloway

Fans of Ann Hampton Calloway might like to know she released a new CD last month.

The CD is titled AT LAST, after a favorite song of mine by Gordon & Warren.

You can see the song performed in a YouTube clip from ORCHESTRA WIVES, where it's played by the Glenn Miller Orchestra, with vocals by Ray Eberle and Pat Friday, dubbing actress Lynn Bari.

A couple weeks ago Scott Johnson of Power Line wrote a nice essay on Calloway.
