Cammie King, GWTW's Bonnie Blue Butler, Dies at 76
Cammie King Conlon, the pretty child actress who played Bonnie Blue Butler in GONE WITH THE WIND (1939), has passed away at the age of 76.
She died Wednesday, September 1st.
Bonnie Blue, of course, was the ill-fated daughter of Rhett (Clark Gable) and Scarlett (Vivien Leigh).
The surviving cast members of GWTW are down to a small number: Olivia deHavilland (Melanie), Ann Rutherford (Carreen), Alicia Rhett (India Wilkes), Mary Anderson (Maybelle Merriwether), Mickey Kuhn (Beau Wilkes), and Patrick Curtis (Beau as an infant) are among those still with us.
Phyllis Douglas, who played a younger version of Bonnie Blue, died earlier this year at the age of 73.
Cammie King was also the voice of Young Faline in Disney's BAMBI (1942).
