TCM Remembers Sidney Lumet

Turner Classic Movies has paid tribute to the late director Sidney Lumet with a TCM Remembers Montage:

This montage had special meaning for our family as my youngest son's favorite movie is 12 ANGRY MEN (1957) and my daughters very recently enjoyed MURDER ON THE ORIENT EXPRESS (1974).

TCM will be changing its programming on Thursday, April 21st, to pay tribute to Lumet. The films shown will be 12 ANGRY MEN (1957), THE HILL (1965), NETWORK (1976), and a film yet to be announced. (Update: The final film on the schedule is 1975's DOG DAY AFTERNOON.)

The evening will also include a showing of PRIVATE SCREENINGS: SIDNEY LUMET.
