Today at Disneyland: MouseAdventure Luau (Family Division Winners!)

We had a wonderful day today at the MouseAdventure Luau competition at Disneyland, and we were thrilled when the name of our team, Practically Perfect, was announced as winning the Family Division!

This was our third time to participate in MouseAdventure; last spring we played in the noncompetitive "Day in the Park" Division and then last fall we placed 4th in the Family Division in the MouseAdventure Trick or Treat game.

Our points this time around also placed higher than the 1st place winner among all brand-new teams.

We received a beautiful gift basket which included TANGLED and TRON LEGACY Blu-Ray/DVD sets, a TRON CD, a Hidden Mickeys trivia book, an issue of the fabulous "E" Ticket magazine, and figurines of Stitch and Mickey Mouse.

A nice side note is that MouseAdventure teams donated over $1000 to the Red Cross for Japan and Haiti; the MousePlanet organization matched $1000 for a total donation of over $2000.

We continue to be extremely impressed with the hard work, dedication, and creativity of the MouseAdventure staff. We highly recommend MouseAdventure as a most enjoyable day which provides Disney trivia, exercise, and family camaraderie all in one fun event.

We plan to be back at Disneyland on September 25th participating in the next Basic Division MouseAdventure!
