Today at Disney California Adventure: Three Kings' Day
Today marks the Feast of the Epiphany, also known as Three Kings' Day. Three Kings' Day celebrations will be taking place all weekend at the Disneyland Resort, as the Christmas season draws to a close.
I spent some time at Disney California Adventure this morning soaking up a little more holiday atmosphere!
I spent some time sitting near the tree on Buena Vista Street enjoying the park's great Christmas music loop.
Christmas lights strung across the Pacific Wharf area...
...and some of the Pacific Wharf Christmas decorations:
A unique tree in Cars Land:
The Toy Soldier drummers were fun:
Here's the festively decorated Red Car Trolley starting its run near the Tower of Terror...
...or at least it used to be the Tower of Terror! One wonders if Disney will live to regret the conversion to a Guardians of the Galaxy ride. Even if the ride is a hit, the remodel of the exterior of the hotel is going to be disappointingly out of keeping with the theming of the rest of the area.
The new version of the ride is due to open this summer.
Onward into 2017! Happy New Year!
