Hi Laura,
I enjoyed your review of CARIBOO TRAIL over at the Classic Movie Hub and pretty much agree with everything that you say in your review.
The beautiful restoration of the film released by Kino Lorber is outstanding.
Nice to see a mention of Karin Booth obviously a favourite leading lady of George Montgomery.
Karin also came over to England to star in THE CROOKED SKY with Wayne Morris.
Hi John!
Thanks so much for taking the time to read the review and share your thoughts. Glad you know you enjoyed it too. I agree, the Kino Lorber Blu-ray was excellent!!
I've had a fondness for Karin Booth since seeing her in THE UNFINISHED DANCE multiple times as a child. It was neat to discover a new aspect of her career when I started watching Westerns in which she was the leading lady.
As a Wayne Morris fan I'd love to see THE CROOKED SKY at some point, that sounds great with Morris and Booth costarring. Thanks for calling that title to my attention!
Best wishes,
Laura
