Two-Year Bloggiversary!

It seems as though I was just posting on my blog's one-year bloggiversary. It suddenly dawned on me that today is my second anniversary as a blogger!

My oldest daughter set up this blog to pass the time while she was waiting for the last HARRY POTTER book to be delivered. The computer table has a nice view out a bay window so she could watch for the delivery. So it's rather nice that on the day I mark the completion of my second year of blogging, I noted that the final HARRY POTTER book has moved into "shipping soon" on Amazon. Just a few more days and she'll be engaged in one last POTTER reading marathon.

Once more, thanks to all who have been so kind linking and commenting here over the past year, and to those who otherwise offer me support and encouragement. What started as an experiment has turned out to be a great deal of fun.

Only two years?! I thought you were a long time blogger :)

Thanks for keeping me abreast of the political news, cluing me in /reminding me of old movies, and I enjoy the fact that we both love Disneyland! Speaking of which, my brother and I are going tomorrow to celebrate its 52nd birthday (and on the 18th it will be our 52nd anniversary of our first trip to the resort as children :) )

So ... Happy Bloggiversary.

Wow, you were at Disneyland on Day #2?! That's wonderful!

Have a great trip, Irene! I hope to be out there sometime in the next few days.

And thanks so much for your note and being a faithful reader. It always makes me so happy to share the things you mention in your note. And it means a great deal to know that this blog is also enjoyed by others!

Best wishes,

Thanks so much, Missy! I knew another HP fan would enjoy it. Just think, if it weren't for Harry, I might not be a blogger. Which is kind of ironic as I've never read a word of a Potter book! LOL.

Best wishes,

I still think you should have taken the chance to be the official Dodger Blogger for sports blogs. You could have made some money doing that one. I don't know if you have ever seen that Dodger Blog. I believe it is called "True Blue". The Angel equivalent is Halos Heaven.

One of the great pleasures in blogging is the chance to "meet" so many nice people with similar interests.

A happy early Bloggiversary to you and Wolf, J.C.! Won't be much longer till you reach that milestone. :) Time flies!

Thank you, Anne, and I will thank her! She knew I read blogs and said, "You know, I think it's pretty easy to set one of these up," and the next thing I knew the template was organized and she said, "Here, find something to post about!" I didn't know how much I could possibly have to say but thought I'd try out a post or two...and so it went!

Best wishes,

I've been working the last few days and am just now seeing this anniversary notice. I hope it's not too late to wish you a happy one. You've given me many days of great reading. Here's to many more. At least until the carpal tunnel sets in. I'm sure I'll be right behind you with that myself.

Thanks, Wolf, I appreciate your note! Hopefully we can each steer clear of that carpal tunnel. :)
