Coming to DVD: Zane Grey Western Theatre
There's no release date yet, but VCI's forthcoming release of "The Complete Season One" of ZANE GREY WESTERN THEATRE, hosted by Dick Powell, looks like a real winner.The guest casts in Season One, from 1956-57, include Robert Ryan, Ida Lupino, Audrey Totter, James Garner, Jack Palance, Jack Lemmon, David Niven, John Payne, Ernest Borgnine, Celeste Holm, Sterling Hayden, James Whitmore, Eddie Albert, Mona Freeman, Wendell Corey, Julie London, Mary Astor, and the host himself, Dick Powell.
Sounds like a "must buy" for fans of classic movies and television.
April 17, 2009 Update: This DVD will be released on June 9, 2009.

Did you catch last night's WHAT'S MY LINE? yet? Good timing if you haven't. ;-)
Saw who the guest was and saved it to watch with the family tonight since a couple of them will appreciate it too. I'm going to be fascinated to see how she disguises her voice! :)
