New Book: Thank You Power
TV's Deborah Norville has written a new book which sounds interesting: THANK YOU POWER: MAKING THE SCIENCE OF GRATITUDE WORK FOR YOU.
The premise of Norville's book, in a nutshell, is that people who appreciate the little things in life and focus on an optimistic outlook are happier and healthier. Makes sense to me. :)
Interviews with Norville have been published by USA Today and Newsweek.
