New Books: The America's Test Kitchen Family Baking Book and The Cook's Country Cookbook

I already have BAKING ILLUSTRATED by the same writers, but I was very interested to learn about the new book being published by America's Test Kitchen and Cook's Illustrated, THE AMERICA'S TEST KITCHEN FAMILY BAKING BOOK.

THE AMERICA'S TEST KITCHEN FAMILY COOKBOOK quickly became my favorite cookbook, so this new addition to that series is an easy sell for me. The FAMILY COOKBOOK has appealing recipes illustrated with lots of photos, and we've always had great results. Some of the recipes, including their pizza recipe, have become family favorites.

The ATK FAMILY BAKING BOOK will be released September 1, 2008.

September 1st will also see the release of yet another book from Cook's Illustrated and America's Test Kitchen, THE COOK'S COUNTRY COOKBOOK.

This September a new COOK'S COUNTRY TV series will debut on public television. The show will feature the cast of AMERICA'S TEST KITCHEN cooking classic American recipes in a 200-year-old farmhouse.
