I Love This
Representative Michele Bachmann is going to refuse to answer personal questions on the 2010 census, other than enumerating the number of people in her household, as required by the Constitution.
Will the Census Bureau challenge Bachmann and risk an adverse court decision, or let it go?
The Census Bureau doesn't seem to be pushing hard for compliance on their other information-gathering tool, the American Community Survey -- see links below -- and I suspect it's because they don't want to put it to the Constitutional test.

I am concerned about this over reach. I'm afraid people will comply without thinking they have a choice.
