TCM Announces 2024 Festival Dates and Theme
Turner Classic Movies has announced plans for its 2024 TCM Classic Film Festival.
Film titles, guests, and venues will be announced in the coming months. I assume that the Egyptian Theatre may return as a festival venue, after several years of remodeling, but we'll have to wait and see.
Prospective attendees should monitor the festival website along with TCM's Twitter (aka "X") account. And as always, I'll share the latest festival news here!
This announcement is very good news, especially given the corporate upheaval earlier in the year, when for a time the fate of the festival was in doubt.
I hope to see many of you at the festival in 2024!

I plan to be there. Got my hotel reservation in Hollywood and my return flight from Burbank on Monday, but still haven't decided when I'm coming in (because I have several excursions in the valley I'm still trying to figure out). Can't wait to see you again!

Where are you staying? I called as soon as the announcement was made but could only book the first three nights (Wed.-Fri.) at our usual Hollywood hotel. If there's not an opening between now and April we'll probably just drive home that evening and drive back the next day. At least it will save us some $$! LOL.
